We are thrilled to offer FREE standard Ground shipping on all our products to the Continental 48 States of the United States.

Most of our products are shipped via FedEx Ground. Rugs sized 12' x 15' and larger are shipped rolled and delivered by trucking carrier to help preserve the rug’s shape, structure, and overall condition during transit.

Shipping Details:

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within the same business day of placement. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time: Typically, FedEx Ground shipping times vary between 1–3 business days, depending on your location. For rugs sized 12' x 15' and larger, delivery may take approximately 10–15 business days due to rolled trucking shipment and carrier scheduling.

3. Carrier: We trust and partner with FedEx Ground for most standard-size rug shipments. Oversized rugs, including 12' x 15' and larger sizes, are shipped rolled through a trucking carrier to ensure safe and proper handling.

4. Packaging: Each rug is carefully packed in protective wrapping to shield against environmental factors and any potential mishaps during transit. Oversized rugs are rolled and securely wrapped for added protection during trucking delivery.
